Pestival postmortem

Perfect pesto. Wonderful wine. Great guests. Casual conversation. Superior service from NCSL staff & volunteers. Sorry to the many guests who were so kind as to park out and walk in, at our request. We wanted to reserve "a few" spaces close in for those who needed the convenience. Guess we overdid it as evidenced by the near-empty lot at the end of the party!
